Denbies Hillside’s panoramic views sweep up and down the valley and across to Leith Hill Tower. The car park is at the top of the hill so you can see the views and have a picnic without any need to walk!
Steers Field Steers Field is at the top of the hill next to the car park. It is a spectacular place to have a picnic and enjoy the view. The Denbies Hillside Nature Walk We spent about an hour and a half walking the circular nature walk (full details are available on the National Trust website). We found it well signed and easy to follow. The Nature Walk Paths Some parts of the paths were narrow, steep and muddy. Be careful if you are visiting when the paths are wet – we met some walkers who had found it too slippery and decided to turn back.
