The peaceful Heath End Recreation Ground and Play Area, is a little play area nestled under some large trees.
The play equipment is said to be suitable for children up to 14 years old and includes:
- dog and duck springers
- toddler swings
- a basket swing
- a basket spinner
- a wooden boat to climb in and sail
- a multiplay unit with a slide, a climbing wall and easy to climb stairs and
- seats for adults.
Next to the play area is a football pitch with two shelters.
