The colourful Jubilee Playground, also known as Thursley Road Recreation Ground, is a play area with a village green feel that overlooks a cricket ground. It’s a fun place to stop after a walk in the surrounding Surrey Hills.
The play equipment includes:
- swings
- toddler swings
- a basket swing
- a train to climb with tables in the carriages
- a rope climbing frame
- a seesaw
- a roundabout
- springers
- spinners
- a multiplay shaped like a house and a fire engine with a slide, fireman’s pole and a climbing wall
- another, larger multiplay with a slide, climbing frame and easy to climb steps.
There is also a table tennis table, basketball net and a football goal, as well as benches and picnic tables.
